Tim Lankford

FOUNDER AND CEO

Tim Lankford has been helping employees retire for more than twenty years. He specializes in the areas of FEGLI, Healthcare, Medicare, Social Security, Pensions, and the TSP for federal employees. He helps the employee understand the confusing process of retiring from the federal government without making mistakes. 

Tim has spoken to thousands of employees nationwide helping them to get the answers they need and for them to understand the impact those decisions have on retirement. He provides expert help guiding the employee to initiate a strategic plan and laying out manageable steps to achieve their retirement goals. 

As a Federal Employee Retirement Consultant (FRC) and a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), Tim expertly guides an employee to take a critical look at their federal benefits and helps them evaluate their current choices and determine if they are in their best interest and which ones should be kept or modified in retirement. Together with the employee, Tim develops a plan that will complete the needs and goals of the employee stepping into retirement.

Tim has a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Staff Relations and a minor in Business Administration. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mid America Christian University with Highest Honors where he was President of the Student Ministerial Fellowship. Tim has learned to be very attentive to details and driven to help others be successful. He demonstrated this with his athletic achievements also. He was an All-State wrestler in High School and had a successful collegiate wrestling career with high academic accomplishments.

Tim resides in Central Indiana and has three adult children and lives with his wife Beth and their daughter, Emma who is excelling in sports at Heritage Christian School

I have a bachelors degree in education from Purdue university. I was a public school teacher for 15 years. I have been a national coordinator for seminars and conferences for the past 10 years. Ecstatically married for the last 26 years and we have a beautiful baby girl who is excelling in her academics and sports at Heritage Christian School. I love working with our employees and clients.

Stephanie Wright

Office Manager

A dedicated mother of five, I graduated with an associate degree in Medical Assisting in 2015. Currently, I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business at Western Governors University, with plans to graduate in the fall of 2025. I have a deep passion for helping others and cherish spending quality time with my children, who are actively involved in high school football, travel softball, and travel soccer. Balancing my work, education, and family life is a rewarding challenge that I embrace wholeheartedly.
